By when can I change or cancel? How much is the fee?


It depends on the site you reserved. 


If you made a reservation on the official homepage, please contact us for change/cancellation by 18:00 2 days before the date of stay. 

After that, a change/cancellation fee will be charged.


In case of change/cancellation the day before check-in, including no-show, 100% of the accommodation fee per night is applied.

Is it possible to change or cancel a reservation made on websites for booking hotels (BOOKING.COM, AGODA, EXPEDIA, etc.)?


Reservations made on such websites for booking hotels cannot be changed or canceled at our hotel.


If you want to change or cancel, please change or cancel on the website you used when making your reservation.


Please also ask related inquiries to the website you reserved.





Is it possible to change or cancel a reservation made through a travel agency?


If you have made a reservation through a travel agency, you cannot change or cancel it at our hotel.


Please contact the travel agency you made the reservation with.

I would like to make a reservation for a room on a higher floor.


As the number of rooms is limited, we cannot confirm the reservation, but we will do our best to meet your request.
