Can minors stay?
At Hotel Gracery Seoul, guests must be at least 13 years old to stay.
However, a person under age may stay only when the consent to accommodation signed by his or her guardian and a copy of the guardian's ID must be confirmed.

Please send the documents along with his or her accommodation information to email of our reservation room (rsvn@gracery-seoul.com) or print them out and submit them to the front desk at check-in.

Can accompanied children stay for free?
Only one child who is 12 years old or younger can stay free of charge.
There is no separate fee for a child.
In-room amenities are prepared for the number of guests for the room type booked.
(Toothbrushes and a razor are provided for a fee.)
In addition, in case of a product including meals, the meal for a child is not included.
What is the accommodation fee for a child?
For a child who is 13 years old or older, the same applies as an adult.
In case of a child who is 12 years old or younger, up to one child can stay free of charge with his or her guardian.
Can I stay with a guide dog?
Only those who stay at our hotel can use all facilities, including restaurants.
